About
I designed this instructor-led course to prepare learners for a new fueling system for warehouse equipment (for Powered Motor Vehicles or PMVs). Using a portable multi-media device (internally known as the M.I.K.E. station), training is provided in the warehouse environment so that learners can learn the skills where they will be executing them day-to-day.

The course consists of an eLearning module, a "field simulation" booklet which guides the instructor through the facilitation of the course, a video, hands-on demonstration and practice activity, and an assessment (internally known as a Player Readiness Check) of the learners' ability to complete desired behaviors.

Component: eLearning Module

The module is designed to guide learners and the facilitator through an overview of the GenDrive system, a milestone check section, and a video of the refueling process.

Component: Field Simulation
The "field simulation" is a compact facilitator's guide, printed in booklet form to reduce printing costs and to promote mobility and versatility. This component ties all of the course components together with a compact and visually appealing design. The booklet can be hole-punched to be placed into a binder and is designed to maintain visual appeal if printed in black and white.
Component: Safety Guide
I created the safety guide to provide team members with reference material, so that they would be able to take proper steps when unusual and/or emergency situations occurred. The guide is designed at a half page size to fit in a compartment within the vehicle. This saves printing costs, because we can print one document per vehicle instead of one per team member.

The guide is also reviewed in the course, so that team members learn emergency procedures and become familiar with the guide.
